Our all-inclusive Daily Delegate Rates offer a choice of convenient solutions. We take care of everything so you can concentrate on the real business at hand. All packages include a wide variety of thoughtful touches to ensure a successful day – from individual boxes of mints to a constant supply of iced water, from a full set of conference stationery to an office essential kit.
Naturally, we take great pride in the quality of our business lunches, however we take equal pride in our commitment to service and we can tailor make a business package to suit every individual situation. Free WI-FI access is available throughout many of our rooms but please don’t hesitate to ask if there’s anything else you require!
We can also organise a range of activities during your time with us – Stadium tours with an ex-professional player, Clay pigeon shooting at a nearby farm or maybe a Track Driving experience with our sponsors Proton and Lotus to name but a few. In short whatever you need to make your event a resounding success, we can do it!
24 Hour Option

The Working Ploughman’s Daily Delegate Rate

No time to really break. No problem, we can supply individual boxes whilst your meeting is in progress. A mug of hot home-made soup. A slice of fresh Pork Pie (or vegetarian sausage roll). A Granary Bap filled with traditional Cheddar Cheese and Coleslaw. Our own home-made chutney, a crisp Apple and to finish off a Chocolate Marbled Energy Bar to charge the brain ready for the afternoon.
Our Working Ploughman’s daily delegate rate includes –
· Main meeting room hire and set up;
· Tea and coffee on arrival ;
· Mid morning tea, coffee and biscuits;
· Individual Ploughman’s Lunch boxes served in the main meeting room, followed by tea and coffee;
· Afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits;

Sporting Daily Delegate Rate

It’s true what they say - the team that plays together, works together! This daily delegate rate gives you the opportunity use Carrow Park’s outdoor sports facilities for up to 2 hours during your time with us. After a morning of creativeness, a satisfying lunch and a short afternoon session you can stroll over to our sports park and enjoy a game of football, basketball, netball, tennis or team building activities, we’ll provide a coach/referee - just to make sure there’s no cheating!
Our Sporting Daily Delegate Rate includes –
· Main meeting room hire and set up;
· Registration desk for delegates;
· Tea, coffee, and American muffins on arrival;
· Mid morning tea, coffee and biscuits;
· Two Course lunch followed by tea and coffee;
· Use of Carrow Park for up to 2hrs;
