Delia's Food and Wine Workshop - Late Spring and Early Summer Entertaining, 20th May 2010
These popular Food and Wine Workshops at Norwich City Football Club appeal to the interested novice and the well-seasoned pro's! The very talented Alex Mackay, formerly director of Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons cookery school and Le Baou D'Infer cookery school in Provence will demonstrate some wonderful seasonal dishes.
Your special day at Norwich City Football Club starts with Coffee and Muffins, then you'll watch a cookery demonstration by Alex and indulge in some wine tasting with our wine expert. You will then enjoy a delicious three-course lunch which will be followed by meeting Delia and joining Delia and our panel of experts in the Q&A!
In Alex’s Cookery Demonstration - he will show you how to make the following delicious dishes to wow your family and friends this Summer:
- Glazed Duck Breast with Sweet and Sour Rhubarb Relish, Pak-Choi and Ginger
- Lamb Cutlets with Crisp Parmesan and Parsley Coating, Polenta Chips, Minted Mushy Peas and Spicy Spring Salsa
- 10 minute Orzo “Risotto” with Spring Vegetables, Ricotta and Pesto
In the Top of the Terrace at Norwich City Football Club from 9.30am until 4.30pm. For £120 per person, including a goodie bag.
