This artisan Somerset Cheddar is an unpasteurised cows' milk cheese
made using traditional rennet. Montgomery's has a rich, long-lasting,
fruity flavour and a dry texture. Jamie Montgomery and Steve Bridge at
Manor Farm in North Cadbury, Somerset, make the cheese.
